Bookings made via www.apartamentostoro33.com, or via our telephone number +34 923 01 73 01 , are subjected to the following cancelation policy: Customers accept the following conditions of “APARTAMENTOS TORO 33”, as the owner of the apartments, located in “Calle Toro, 33-37, 2ºA-B, 37002 - Salamanca, Spain” at the time of booking:

1. The customer may cancel the booking without being charged, if the cancelation is made by not less than 7 days period. The 100% of the booking price will be charged once this period time has elapsed.

2. When the booking is cancelled within the 7 days before the booking date, or when the customer does not appear, the 100% of the booking price will be charged.

3. If the customer cancel a booking that has been paid (by bank transfer or other payment methods), the cancellation costs will be governed by the contractual conditions 1 and 2.

4. When the customer changes the date, or the apartment, the booking shall be understood as a new reservation and it will be governed by the above conditions.

5. When the customer has made the reservation through an external agency or web site, the cancelation will be governed by the terms of the external agency or web, in any case, “APARTAMENTOS TORO 33” will not be responsible for the cancelation charges.

6. It is strongly recommended that customers purchase holiday cancelation insurance policy. Any cancelation, including force majeure, will be subject to our clear and simple cancelation policy.

7. If “APARTAMENTOS TORO 33” is unable to proportionate the customer the apartment booked, shall be entitled to relocate the customer in a similar apartment. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, both are authorized to cancel the contract. In this particular case “APARTAMENTOS TORO 33”, will repay to the customer the money paid, except the days enjoyed.

8. The apartments have installed a fire detection system, so smoking is prohibited.

9. The cancellations or changes must be notified in writing, is needed to communicate both via email, to the following e-mail address: info@apartamentostoro33.com, o via fax: 923 28 25 33.

10. The customer accept that the apartment is in perfect conditions, if this were not so then the customer must report it as soon as possible via telephone, email or fax. The customer agrees to leaves the apartment in the same conditions as it was in the moment when the customer checks in. To make the reservation, the full name of the customer named in the reservation, telephone number, and a debit or credit card is needed, during the reservation process, the number, type and expiration date of the credit (or debit) card will be needed too.

11. At the end of the reservation process, the customer must print the reservation proof, this proof will be needed to pick up the key, will be delivered by our staff in the location of your booked apartment, at time agreed with the client.

12. The customer is committed to respect the normal rules of coexistence, consequently, under the current legislation, parties and noises are not permitted, in order to avoid disturbing their neighbors. “APARTAMENTOS TORO 33” shall be entitled to cancel de reservation in case of problems of coexistence with other gests or neighbors.

13. Animals are not allowed in the apartments.

14. The customer authorizes “APARTAMENTOS TORO 33” to charge the cost of the damages or stealing occurred during the stay, to the number of the credit card provided. The entry and departure schedule are described bellow: - To pick up the keys: from 13:00 to 21:00 hours - Check in: onward 13:00 - Check out: until 12:00
